Why order from Herff Jones?
We are the official supplier for your school and have worked with the senior class officers to create a truly custom announcement. The announcement will have your official school crest in multi color foil and a custom etching inside at a price less than a local printer.

Why should I order announcements?
Graduation Announcements are the formal way to announce to your family and friends that you have achieved a very important milestone in your life.

What are namecards?
These are used to personalize your announcements, without namecards your name will not appear in the announcement.

Can I order extra tassles, etc?
You can order a package and add extra items. See the sample order form on the back of this sheet.

Why order now?
Herff Jones manufactures custom announcements for several thousand schools throughout the United States and we have set deadlines that need to be met in order to get you the product in a timely manner.

When will I receive my announcement order?
Your announcement order will be delivered approximately 4 weeks prior to graduation.

Can I order products on the internet?
You can order packages only on-line at www.sdgrad.com.

What is the deadline for ordering?
Your order must be received in our office postmarked by January 15th. After this date there will be only one announcement package in limited quantity and no individual itemized orders will be accepted. Cap & Gown orders will be charged a $10.00 individual order processing fee.

Do I have to pay in full when I place my order?
You can order with the required minimum deposit of $120.00 for itemized orders and the minimum stated deposit on each package. NOTE: Cap and Gown Only orders must be paid in full.

When will I receive my Cap and Gown?
Cap and Gowns will be delivered at school approximately one week before graduation.

How do I know what size cap and gown to order?
Caps are one size fits all, so NO CAP SIZE IS NEEDED. Girls add two inches if you will be wearing heels. Please include the weight you are not the weight you wish you were if you want the gown to fit properly. If you are not sure of your exact weight add 2Olbs.

What is your refund policy?
If you do not graduate we will refund all non-personalized non-dated announcement items as well as the cap and gown. Late fees are not refundable. Refunds must be requested before your graduation date and time. Allow 8 to 10 weeks for your refund.
